Hyperdrive Automotive (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a car buy-and-sell business based in the Philippines. We provide vehicle sales, consignment, and related services in compliance with local laws and regulations.
2. Use of Our Website
The content on this site is provided for general information only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all details (e.g., vehicle specifications, availability, or pricing) are error-free.
By using our site, you agree not to misuse, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activities that may disrupt our services.
3. Vehicle Sales & Purchases
All vehicles are sold on an “as is, where is” basis, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect vehicles or request a third-party inspection before completing a purchase.
Hyperdrive Automotive will provide all available documents (e.g., OR/CR, Deed of Sale), but government processing timelines (e.g., LTO transfers, Registry of Deeds, BIR requirements) may vary and are beyond our direct control.
Downpayments or reservation fees are generally non-refundable, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
4. Consignments
Vehicles placed with us on consignment remain the property of the Seller until sold.
By consigning a vehicle, you authorize Hyperdrive Automotive to market, display, and negotiate the sale on your behalf.
5. Payments
Accepted forms of payment include cash, manager’s check, and bank transfer.
Ownership documents will only be released once full payment has been received and cleared.
6. Warranties & Liabilities
Except where expressly stated in writing, no warranties (express or implied) are provided regarding the condition, history, or performance of vehicles.
Hyperdrive Automotive is not liable for:
Post-sale repairs or expenses
Government delays in transfer of ownership
Issues beyond our reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, force majeure)
Our total liability for any transaction will not exceed the actual amount paid to us.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal and sensitive information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By transacting with us, you consent to the collection and processing of your data for legitimate business purposes.
8. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve concerns amicably. If a dispute cannot be settled directly, it will be subject to Philippine law, with jurisdiction in the courts of Parañaque City, Philippines.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted here, and continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
